Are you ready for a new look?
I am!
Lately, I’ve been thinking about shaking things up. I want to add some fresh colors and feel more “put together,” but I’m not exactly sure how to start.
All I know is it’s time for a few changes.
Sound familiar?
Pinterest: I love Pinterest. It helps me organize ideas and stay focused. Whenever I begin a project—fashion included—it’s my first stop.
I use it to gather inspiration and create boards that reflect the look I’m after.
YouTube and Instagram: After Pinterest, I scroll through YouTube and Instagram for more ideas.
Fashion influencers, magazines, and editorial tips are all fair game. I save the looks I look and the ones with potential.

You will be happier living with less things -BUT: Quality things!
Challenge yourself to create at least three outfits from every piece you keep. Here are a few examples:
Keep at least one jeans – make a dark pair that can be worn day or night and consider these substitutes:
Corduroys
Flannel
Small pattern trousers
Non-wrinkle cotton
When you’re ready to shop, think strategically.
Choose a few basic colors to make your mix and matching make more sense.

Accessories can transform your outfits instantly:
Even colorful socks and stockings can elevate your look. Nordic socks, for example, are a fun winter accessory.
Get to know the vintage stores in your area. You’d be surprised at the treasures you can find. Visit often because they are always getting new things.
Online vintage shops are also worth exploring.
Shop with a purpose. Keep the shopping list on your phone to stay focused, and don’t shop randomly.
Only visit stores on sale with your list on hand!

Now that you know which clothes are staying it will be easier to decide which shoes and bags you will want to keep and which are ready to go.
Give away the shoes and bags as soon as you decide!
