
Have you tried a walking meditation?
I don’t know about you but sometimes I find it really hard to relax or to sit and meditate! Do you have those restless days? You sit down, close your eyes and your mind wanders and wanders. Your toes start to fidget, your nose itches, you need to stretch your arm and then – you get up.
The meditation is not working out. It’s ok. That happens. No need for excuses! Sometimes a siting meditation is fantastic and sometimes it’s not.
Try a walking meditation, it’s ideal for those of you (and me) who need to move in order to relax on those challenging days.
